The Association shall be a non-profit organization dedicated to:

Enhance the quality of life for all citizens of the community.

Focus on citizens who historically and traditionally have been denied participation.

Develop, with aggression, successful, effective and civic minded citizens of the community with an emphasis on education

Encourage and motivate our youth and young adults to become more involved in neighborhood and community activities by mentoring, education and participation.
